    A rejuvenating stay
    The entire villa and area is picturesque. The house was clean, neat and comfortable. The bathroom was nicely done.The appliances were new and working fine. There were people helping to clean the rooms and bathrooms regularly. Sophie is an excellent and warm host. She was kind to help us with restaurant and driver recommendations and they were the most comfortable. She is always willing to take care.and help. I am glad I met a wonderful person like her. The villa is ideally located.It is a 400 m to the pristine cavelossim beach. The two pools inside the property are clean and well maintained. We had a lot of fun there.The view of the sal river is a postcard picture moment. One can just sit there endlessly and watch the river dance to the changing colors of the sky. The entire greenery and variety of plants in luisa by the sea charms you. It is the perfect rejuvenating staycation.There are good restaurants nearby. There is a shopping complex as an extension to the villa. (Restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy etc) which was ideal for us since we did not have a car.

    Luisa by the sea is in a very good location. We stayed in Villa 56, "Mayfair Villa" which was very very beautiful than I read in the reviews or I could say that it was more beautiful than I imagined it to be.... Very clean and stylish. As soon as we entered the gate, the villa was to the right side, 3-4 buildings away from the gate. The parking was just in front of the door. We were very delighted as we thought that the parking could be somewhere far away from the villa. It was easier for us to carry our luggage inside. We had booked the villa for 20 days and so we had a lot of luggage. The second day, the TV was flickering a lot and the host Sophie bought a new TV and got it fixed within a span of 1 day. The maid came every day to clean the floors and bathroom (except on Sundays). Everything was taken care of and it was literally a home away from home. Sophie is very caring, thoughtful, and generous. Every single day she made sure we get what we want. We got a new set of pan and cups which was an addition to the kitchen. We also got some mangoes from her which was a very nice gesture. We were treated very well. I must say that she is the best host ever. I 100% recommend this place and if I get an opportunity to go to Goa again, I would stay at the same villa.
