    Made perfect by the care of the staff
    We were a family group of 30 and received excellent care- an evening meal arranged and a room to gather in was provided. Freya was excellent and a joy to communicate with, she and the team went above and beyond to make our stay very special.

    Very relaxing
    This is our second stay at this hotel. Beautiful rooms which instantly makes you feel relaxed
    Our room was not clean at all. The floor had not been hoovered, we found loads of false nails Scattered around on the carpet.

    Very nice hotel, modern facilities. Club room had the most amazing big, comfortable bed. Spa and pool facilities were lovely and very clean.

    Shower a bit on the weak side and the nozzle can't be adjusted hight wise, meaning a tall person like myself had to bend in a strange way to shower! Could do with plug sockets next to the bed or some USB ports. Lighting a bit dim owing to no roof lights
