    The impression in the end was ruined by attitude of hotel staff
    Construction sounds just infront of the hotel which makes it impossible to stay in the room. The hotel staff is not very loyal to the guests even for permanent clients who lived a whole month. Freezing cold in the rooms.

    Great hotel for a short City break. Great location friendly reception and staff. Hotel was spotlessly clean.
    Quick and Friendly check-in. Really nice reception at the bar on arrival. one particular bar man was very hospitable during our stay. One of the best breakfast buffets do many options catered for. 5*

    Nice location, poor bedrooms, horrible hotel policy re. Payment
    The location
    They blocked the full booking price on my debit card on the day on the check-in, and upon arrival they asked me to pay the full amount. As such, It has been 4 days since my check-in and I still have the blocked amount on my account. This is unacceptable.

    Location and super friendly staff. The sound proofing in the rooms is great and the bed is really comfortable.
    Amenities and especially bathrooms could use with a bit more sprucing up.
