Everything was just perfect. So comfortable, everything is so well organized and thoughtful, they really consider the guests needs. The staff is super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room is comfortable, with amazing amenities. The hotel location is just perfect.

It was our second time here and it didn't disappoint. We love the rooms, the over sized beds, the cosy lobby area, the friendly staff and the location in Madrid. The Malin & Goetz products are the cherry on the cake. Can strongly recommend.

I bought breakfast at the hotel for two days as I left very early I didnt use the breakfast on my departure and requested a refund for that day which was refused.

You cant beat the location. Just off the Main Street within a two minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Taxis and metro within a few metres. The hotel has a trendy, relaxed vibe and we loved the decor. Took away some great design ideas for our own home . The staff were very helpful & friendly with a special nod to Alejandro and his twin brother! Both really nice guys .. very friendly & funny and couldnt be more helpful.

If I had to say anything it would be the pillows!
