    Lovely hotel in Greenwich village
    Gorgeous foyer where there was a jazz band to welcome us. The restaurant was great and staff were super friendly.
    Room was quite compact and no free water. Our a/c didn't work well, but good you can open the windows a bit.

    Looking forward to returning!
    The Walker Hotel is the coziest stay in NYC. The location is well chosen to be just far enough away from too busy and just right for quaint neighborhood with accessiblitity to shopping and fabulous dining options. We talked to Macy's with plenty of stops in and out of shops. At the end of a long day, we loved coming in to what felt like a comfortable living room for drinks to unwind before dinner. Our room was comfortable, clean and updated-a gem in NY.

    Beautiful building, inside and out, and a great location. It feels very old New York but with 21st century amenities. The lobby is fabulous and has a wonderful, welcoming, friendly and buzzy feel.
    The rooms are beautifully done but perhaps the art deco theme is too strong there

    Overall excellent would stay here againsuper clean!
    Loved the lobby staff and the complimentary hot apple cider for the holidays. Very cozy and had elevators for convenience.
    Shower pressure was harda little strange.

    completely disappointed with the lack of lighting in the room.
    Breakfast was amazing
    Rooms are too small especially for too people!!!!! And not enough light in the room!!!!! when I got there they couldn't find my reservation especially since I paid in full . I book 1 more night .and they still couldn't find that reservation either. Plus the front desk came to the room an said I was supposed to be check out when I paid for the extra night .

    Our time at the Walker was fantastic! Dale and Amanda (??), front desk were exceptional. The hot apple cider every afternoon was wonderful as well. The only negative we can think of was the lighting in the room. It was very dark/low and made sharing a bathroom and getting ready for the day difficult. The mirror in the room wasnt very functional given the low light. We would definitely stay here again should we return to NYC
