Very good

enjoyable 4 day brake

we spent 4 days was a fab location, the cenery. was lovely with Lake right next to us. everything was spotless. We would like to go back in summertime

Beautiful grounds, good access to many sights and venues. Independent cottage location.

Even with cotton wool in our ears the traffic noise from the A64 could still be heard all through the night. We slept badly all week. The toilet was downstairs and bedroom upstairs. The stairs creeked so waking up the partner that wasn't visiting the loo during the night. Both these problems have solutions and we now have read they have been reported in reviews in the past. So, why don't they get fixed? Paying guests don't deserve to have to tolerate this.

the area lovely peaceful..cottage beautiful everything you could want..so comfy

can't think of a thing not to like...maybe a hotub would have been lovely..but everything was great...including the weather..cottage so handy for leeds/ York and the coast...hosts brilliant and so helpful and friendly.. parking outside the door..a pleasure seeing the animals each day horses cats and cute little dog..Will def be going again..
