The room was big and warm. The personnel are really nice and helpful. The Internet works really fast and I even had Netflix at the hotel TV.
It's up to you if you prefer to have breakfast at the hotel or want to go for a walk and eat something nearby.
The building is a bit old and the furniture is not very modern. But I guess it should be okay when you stay in Douglas.

Staff made us feel welcome and ensured our comfort and convenience.
The location was very central and convenient to shops, sights and transportation. The breakfast offered many choices and the dining room was lovely. The hotel offered a pleasant and friendly bar, where we enjoyed a late night snack. The staff were more than helpful. Hotel was clean throughout with no shortage of hot water and great water pressure.
The shower within the bath was a bit tricky and there was a frequent smell of sewage from the bathroom.

I was perfect location for me, quiet in the evening so got a very restful sleep.
Didn't expect parking to be so readily available but managed to park right out side the Hotel with ease.
Good selection of food and drink and both very enjoyable.
It was the perfect location for me, can't fault it !

The hotel had easy access to the Douglas Promenade.

Great little hotel, always feel comfortable here.
Excellent breakfast. Didnt dine in the evenings due to prebooked events. Room was comfortable and clean. Lounge and bar area very comfortable.
Due to flight timings arrived quite early so room wasnt ready. However great effort was made to get room ready for us as quickly as possible.
