A bathroom like no other!

A lovely setting in a great area. Our Super king room was big and the bathroom was AMAZING! The view from the bath through the picture window was glorious and equally lovely at night especially when the fox comes to visit. The hosts were lovely and helpful. The super king bed is huge and SOOO comfortable.

Only thing was that the tele can only be viewed from the bed rather than from the large sofa but it was an exceptional comfortable bed!

Dave and Jane were really lovely and nothing was too much trouble! Breakfasts were a delight! Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.

The internet was a bit intermittent, but once informed, Dave tried to fix and there were no problems thereafter.

Great location, wonderful and spacious room, plumbing that worked, great shower, huge TV, outstanding friendly hosts, lovely gardens.

Internet was dodgy but fixed now.

What a hidden gem. Stunning room in perfect and quite location. Made to feel so welcome!

We stayed in the very, very special Super king room and WOW was it stunning. The bathroom - WHHHHAAATTTTT!!! Huge, comfortable and just so lovely. Very well appointed. We had a great welcome and promptly fell in love with little Alfie!! Loved the whizzy way you use a code to access front door and room. We were attending an evening event at Epsom Racecourse so the house was perfectly situated - less than 5 mins in a taxi. I genuinely cannot think of one negative thing to report. Will be staying here again next year for the ball!

Wonderful family friendly accommodation with plenty of space and a warm welcome

Lovely warm welcome from Jane and their adorable dog Alfie. Beautiful large house with ample parking and stunning garden. Our suite was great with plenty of space for us and our toddler, and we had a good sleep in the very comfortable king size bed. 10/10 would recommend for a family friendly stay!
