Would be nice with a slightly later time option for breakfast and checkout, especially on Sundays.

room was clean and tidy, breakfast delicious

No ensuite facilities, did not realise when booking, although bathroom for the room was on the landing and only for the use for that room, it is nice to have facilities within the room.

This was a perfect location, on the outskirts of London and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The house was run superbly well. Good communication by the host, a beautiful and clear home with great facilities
