great stay

right on the sea front, booked a sea view and it was wonderful

i booked the top floor and i am lazy, parking was a 10 minute walk away which isn't a big deal as everyone is in the same boat with that

Location and nice room

Not really a hotel, no breakfast and no shower gel ! Windows in a poor state, did not seal , so room was quite noisy, though it was quite nice to lie in bed listening to the waives

Exceptional

Exceptional hospitality and kind staff.

Michelle was the most exceptional host. She was so friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable. I was honestly blown away by her kindness and generosity and I would highly recommend this hotel because of her. The location was also great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable!

Would definitely stay there again, and overall very happy with the experience we had.

The location was fantastic and the room was a good size for the two of us, and very clean.

The price was quite high considering there wasn't breakfast included (albeit there were a couple bits like cereal and milk in the room). The view wasn't particularly inviting from our room, but the location made up for this as we were right on the beach front.

The Hotel is just right by the beach and the bed is very comfortable.

The pillow is too thick and the room is quite small for a family room.

A clean and pleasant room with a great view but the hosts may need to refine their "hosting".

The room was very comfortable and had a fantastic view. The hosts were very friendly. Having cereal provided in lieu of breakfast was a nice touch and much appreciated.

There seemed to be an issue with the room we had originally booked (flooding from shower above?) and the hosts did try to get us to pay for an upgrade, but once the misunderstanding was sorted we were given a great room and we appreciated the effort to make us comfortable. Despite arriving at 4pm, following a phone call confirming arrival time, our room was still not serviced ready for use. We would have been happy to check in later if we had been asked to as the room was not ready, I think that communication from the hosts could have been better/clearer. In the morning when we went to check-out we found that reception was closed despite being advertised as being open from 9am. On trying to call the mobile number provided this was then not answered. Again I feel the hosts could have communicated better, if they were not going to be around for check out, perhaps some instruction as to what they wanted us to do would have been helpful.
