My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to several issues, primarily concerning cleanliness and management. Upon settling into our room, we were dismayed to discover red, wet substances and yellow stains on our bed sheets and pillows. We contacted the manager, only to be met with an unhelpful dismissive response. She informed us that she was unable to personally attend to the matter or contact her staff, citing the absence of WiFi in their rooms as a reason. Additionally, her suggestion to avoid using the soiled pillows was inconsiderate and inadequate.
The lack of initiative to address a basic hygiene issue was not only surprising but also quite distressing considering we were unable to sleep in the bed under these conditions. At this point, it was too late for us to find an alternative, so we ended up losing a full nights rest.
We tried again to resolve the issue with management after the fact, and she did not offer any form of compensation or any other remedy to the unfortunate situation.
The unaccommodating attitude of the management, coupled with the poor state of cleanliness, significantly ruined our experience. It is regrettable that this BNB does not maintain a standard of hygiene and customer service that guests can reasonably expect.
I would not stay here again.
