Best place to stay in ooty

Soup and starters were delicious Overall the food was good. Manager and Staff are the best. They know how to treat the guest. The room was premium, TV had great sound quality which I liked a lot. And the camp fire was good

The overall property area was less. They could add some indoor activities as mentioned in the booking.com will be great.

Stay at Willow Hill, Ooty

The food in the restaurant was amazing. Barani (food service boy) and Chef Basant were outstanding. The room was extremely comfortable. The hotel manager (Mr. Laxminarayan) was always available to ensure that my stay was absolutely comfortable.

Nothing that would bother me immensely. The bathroom shower hot/cold mixer could be working better.

A short stay in a a very comfortable and welcoming boutique hotel in Ooty

The personal and courteous service from the polite staff at Willow Hill will always be fondly remembered. Mr. Laxminarayanan, a true hospitality industry professional, met us on arrival and handled our check-in. His presence at the main desk was re-assuring. Willow Hills appears to be a recently built property. Therefore all facilities were new and in working order. Everything worked perfectly, including the internet, telephone, electricity, plumbing, elevators etc. (Ooty has number of 'heritage hotels' with woefully inadequate service facilities which has ruined many a short stays). We drove to Ooty and the hotel provided spacious parking facility for private cars. We were assigned the Cypress Room, which had the view of the mountains and the green valley, that was both pleasing and invigorating. The spacious interiors were tastefully fitted out. The large king size bed had comfortable mattress and pillows. The black-out curtains were greatly appreciated. The hotel included breakfast and dinner along with cost of accommodations. This was a welcome gesture on their part. The quality of dining offered at the 'Bird of Paradise' restaurant with excellent, with high marks for service and quality to their Chef, Mr. Joyce. I found him and his staff to be hardworking and keenly interested in delivering excellent quality to the guests.

Stay here for the best time in the Nilgiris...

Smooth check-in process. We were served a warm tea on arrival. The manager was there to welcome us and show us around. Breakfast was exceptional. They have a wide range of options from freshly cooked idli, vada, choice of dosa to pancakes. The room had a breathtaking view. Cozy wooden cabin vibe in the room. The pictures on the internet match what we saw here. The gardens are well maintained and this felt like the perfect place for us to relax and rejuvenate. This place is located away from the crowded areas on top of a hill. You will need your own vehicle/taxi to get here. Hospitality at this place is 10/10. Special mention for the signboards placed at multiple places on the way that helped us get here with no confusion. I'm so glad we stayed here and can't wait to be back again.
