Exceptional

The best hotel in Istanbul.

The hotel, location, FANTASTIC staff. The fact that this is a boutique and independent hotel it means each stay is tailored and there is an exceptional level of customer service. We have been staying here since 2018 and its the only place in Istanbul that wed ever stay. Home away from home. Thank you to the wonderful staff for the exceptional service, authenticity and care. Exceptional

Perfect city break.

Penthouse suite was amazing and we loved the views and sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the sun go down. The breakfast was perfect for us and in a lovely dining area.

Everything to do with the hotel was great. It might be worth mentioning the very steep hill you have to walk down to the trams - not for the faint hearted!

Fantastic view...Good design...Good breakfast....Mediocre maintenance....

I had room 61....It has a fantastic view worth the stay.. The view was a 10....The location was good. A Perfect Turkish breakfast was served...Excellent cheese omelette... A Very Nice young woman served the breakfast...BUT I doubt I would stay here again.This is a very competitive hotel market...

The room had a worn look, the floor was worn weathered finish in places.The tree in the room wasn't being water and was dying...I didn't have the trash in my room emptied in three nights,,,,The. shower ran out of hot water.I constantly had to ask for bottled water,,,,The maid did nothing,,,,There was lack of counter storage in bathroom due to funky design.
