The room had a beautiful view and the one member of staff was very helpful. The hotel was warm and cosy, though the radiator in the room needed bleeding and was only warm at the bottom and not adequate to heat the space. The bed was very comfortable

The bathroom smelt of urine and the carpet seemed to be quite dirty. Could have been warmer (see previous)
