I was charged for 3 nights but only stayed the 2 nights I actually booked in the first place. The hotel is not refunding me the night I didn't stay and blaming Booking.com saying Booking.com did the charges.

I'm being charged for a night I wasn't there.

Disappointing

People running in lobby at 4am. Back of hotel smells like weed. Security dont walk around

One lady at front desk is super nice and accommodating. Hotel is average but friendly staff. Only one cleaning lady seemed a little rude on day one. We stayed 4 days.

Security guard presence is mediocre. On December 15 2023 at 4am to 4:20am a whole family was running atound playing tag on the second floor. Ruined our sleep. We called front desk twice no answer. We waited for security to take action nothing was done. In morning front desk said they dont know if anything happened. They have no security presence and the one older gentleman in the security jacket was spending his whole morning drinking juices in the breakfast area telling the kitchen staff to put spare juice boxes aside for him. He invited a younger guard to drink and eat free food to which the young man replied no. I can see why they didnt know what was happening on second floor because they spend more time eating and drinking than patrolling. Very poor guard presence back entrance always smells like weed in the halls the guards dont seem to patrol.
