    A good option for an overnight stay prior to flying out at Pearson.
    An efficient, well designed room with accessible plugs and communications ports, and lots of counter space in the bathroom (the little things are important). Very happy with the room.
    After booking an airport shuttle for 6 am, I was informed in what to me was an officious manner, via a phone call at 11:45 pm that the shuttle was "full", leaving the 5:30 am the only option, and a very short sleep.

    Convenient location for a one night stay while visiting family nearby. Close to transportation routes. Quiet considering that it's close to the airport.
    Heating unit is noisy. It wasn't extremely cold outside so we turned it off.

    Relaxing night before catching flights home. Clean, modern hotel.
    Modern, clean facilty.
    There wasn't much close by that wasn't closed. Most restaurants were not open; no shopping or attractions. Nothing to do nearby.

    Okay but due to our check in we will not return there
    Comfy bed, restaurant has decent breakfast
    We were told early check in at no extra cost via email BUT when we checked in we were charged extra nearly $40 the desk person made me feel like I was lying to him and I did not want to argue in front of other guests

    We had a pleasant stay.
    Everything was wonderful.
    The middle aged lady who shuttle picked us up at the airport. Drove like a crazy women. Even went thru a red light. Was not polite. The 2 younger girls, and 1 older lady were absolutly wonderfull.
