No frills hotel, average room, nice, helpful staff

The staff were very helpful, the room was of average quality, the building outside looks more interesting than the inside. The stay was basic and worked for what we needed with nothing more.

No frills room, the cost seemed rather expensive for the location and quality. I would expect to pay less for this room but New York is expensive!

Good choice

Stayed 2 nights: The hotel was 5-7 min walking distance to the subway and there were a lot of restaurant choices on the way as well. Bedroom & bathroom were spacious and clean. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel even after we've checked out.

Neighbouring room guests were very loud till late but that could just be our luck. :)

Deceiving location that turned out to be terrific!

The location was terrific. A bit deceiving but once there we realized it was good for what we needed. Also the front desk nan - forget his name. He was slim and dark hair- he was exceptional! He was super helpful with suggestions and directions.he made our stay very pleasant!

Excellent Location and Good Price-Quatity Ratio

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel with a great price-quality ratio. Room cleaned every day, with towels replaced whenever necessary. Excellent location, with very close access to the 36 St metro station and about 30 minutes from Times Square. We went with two children (1 and 5 years old) and we were well accommodated with a cot. There are some restaurants and shops nearby, ideal to satisfy any needs.

Employees, despite being friendly, created little empathy. Expensive breakfast for the available offering

The staff was friendly.

Room was dirty and tiny. The parking lot was full of trash and the fee for overnight parking was outrageous.

It was too late. I shouldve chosen another hotel. Horrible location.

Decent. Semi new or renovated.

Bathroom walls. The shower door partitions leak. There was a leak from the bathroom to the carpet on the side of the bed.
