    Very basic and too expensive for what it offers.
    Cleanliness and customer service
    The room had a tiny desk with no power outlet nearby, so working on a computer was challenging. The bed occupied the whole room and blocked the only window. The only free power outlets are over the bed where it is difficult to reach.

    Easy enough check in on the tablet. Room was fantastic, huge bed and always a plus to have a bath! Free tea coffee and hot chocolate as well!

    We have been waiting three weeks for the deposit to be returned.
    The service man was not nice, he was sleepy and we didn't get our deposit back...!!

    Excellent location in the city center, only 15' away by Rotterdam Centraal by foot. Check-in/out were pretty smooth.
    Really tight room with the sink in the corridor of the room. Medium cleanness.
