    Everything was perfect, perfect cleanliness, very cozy room, there is an elevator, which is very convenient. Thank you very much to the employee who was on the morning shift on December 19, I needed a charger for my phone and he went to your nearby hotel especially for me to help me charge my phone
    We were faced with the problem of finding another hotel to pick up the keys to our room. Having called the hotel and asked to meet us and show us to the entrance, they refused and we had to walk along the entire street for about 20 minutes to pick up our key. It was 11 o'clock in the evening, we were tired and this first impression spoiled our mood a little. Service should have come first!

    Bed is super comfortable also coffee machine in the room is great. I loved scent of the handsoap, shampoo and shower gel!
    Recyclable slippers are definitely needed. I didnt like that I had to keep my shoes on in the room.

    The best part were the receptionists of the Marin boutique. Me and my partner went to the wrong hotel and they were so friendly and gave us all the instructions. Best receptionists ever ( Uganda and Bulgaria). Amazing!

    Fine for one person but too small for a couple
    Good location, comfy bed. clean towels, great tv connectivity.
    Too warm, unable to turn down thermostat, entire room was painted black even the bathroom which was surprising, no water given or advise on the activities to do in the city, room did not have a wardrobe which mean putting stuff out in the open, making an already small room feel tiny.

    Not a good value for money. For 1 night fine, not for longer
    Staff were very friendly, shower and breakfast were great.
    We visited in December, the room was very cold. Maybe due to the fact that we were on the ground floor. There was a heater (aircon system) which eventually heated the room but the air was very dry, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom was not heated, so after using the great shower you were cold.
