    Lovely stay in Rotterdam
    Lovely hotel in a very good area, 10 min walk from Erasmus Bridge, 5 min walk from the Cathedral or the Cubic houses. The room was clean, big enough, the bed comfy and the toiletries smelled divine. The staff was very nice, polite and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Rotterdam!

    Isnt worth the money we paid
    Good location in the center of Rotterdam, next to Blaak station and Markthal
    Very scanty stay - in the room there was no glass/cup even to set our toothbrushes in , and no shoehorn in the corridor for putting the shoes on.. the breakfast was extremely expensive and not worth the money: almost every day there was no orange juice and quite often - no yoghurt, which are supposed to be the basics of every continental breakfast.

    Clean, comfortable bed, near attractions and market. Good transport system
    Staff. Shocking some of them, rude, arrogant, especially the one when we arrived. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. "Not"a nice welcome, after travelling for hours. The ones that were okay were great.

    Great location and excellent value, I would stay there again.
    The hotel is in a great location, in easy walking distance from the center and many attractions yet it wasn't noisy which was great. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the staff are nice.
    I would love to have had a kettle in the room but it's not a deal breaker.
