    Lovely, inexpensive caravan in a nice spot.
    The caravan was in an ideal spot, in like a little culdesac. It has all the facilites you need, plus a large enclosed garden, which is safe and ideal for kids. They even left a large supply of beach buckets and spades. We didnt use them though, as we have our own.

    Very clean and comfortable
    Very clean and comfortable. Everything was there that we needed and lovely big fridge and freezer. Communication with host was exceptional and check in and out was simple. Great parking and nice to have a gated veranda and gated garden. Perfect distance from RJ's clubhouse and the leisure park.

    The site grass cutters they made a right mess of the car and reception would not acknowledge that it was one of there employee that had done the damage all they said was contact the owner when it was not the owners fault

    The location is excellent. The garden area around the caravan is excellent for a family, large and very safe and secure. The site is very well kept, and the amenities on the site are perfect.

    Great pitch on popular site
    Caravan has lovely plot with large pitch. Great area for kids to play safely. Clean and well equipped. Site has loads to do. Trips only downside was the weather, but that's the UK.
    Nothing just the rain.

    Good caravan no problems
    Every thing was great about the stay, but was very disappointed after leaving, the host messaged me saying we left sick on the floor in the bed room and had taken a pillow liner and deducted 10 from my deposit. Considering I am very OCD about cleanliness to the point I never stop where pets are allowed. We took our own pillows, quilts, covers ect it was probably the previous occupants that removed the pillow protector. On leaving we washed, wiped, hoovered including the bedroom where the sick was reported and wiped the vinyl floor. Am a bit gutted really and would advise future holiday makers to take photos before and after. Goodbye unity will not be back again.

    Caravan was lovely and clean upon arrival. All facilities worked well and the beds were nice and comfy. Caravan was also in a great location. Just 10 minute or less walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
    Only thing I was a little bothered about was that there was no toilet roll at all at the caravan when we arrived and all of us needed the toilet. Also it took us nearly 45 minutes to find the caravan, as nobody gave us any sense of direction or told us we had a map in our pack. Simply just handed us a key.
