For one night is ok unless you have business nearby
The room was comfortable and the staff was cordial and helpful.
There was a lot of dust in the hidden spots like behind the flat screen in the bedroom. The restaurants are ok, but the breakfast was very poor (no bread at all) and very slow to refill the food...and the rice was the same i ate for dinner (biryani rice)

It would be nice had it not been for the fireworks. Disturbed our sleep plus with a baby.
The area was creepy and quiet at night. The front of the area were dense with bars.

Modest experience
The rooms are clean and well maintained.
The breakfast spread was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. This hotel has 2 locations. I booked under Ipoh Gardens but somehow the booking was made under the Bandar Botani. I couldn't change to Ipoh Gardens without paying a cancellation charge, although these two hotels are under the same management. Would not recommend the Bandar Botani if you want to explore.

The breakfast . They refilled the buffet very very slow and very very little. Per refill, only 3 person can take the food but the queue is long. Other people had to wait more woth disappointment. Even to refill the bread, the took longer time. Maybe the hotel can hire part-time worker during peak season
