Food was very good, staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean. Exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money.
This is a child/family friendly hotel which we should have considered before booking. Sunbeds are quite crowded around pool area.

The food was top quality and there was a vast choice. The entertainment and the animators were fantastic, my 8 year old daughter loved joining in with the activities. We stayed over Halloween and the hotel went all out with the decorations and themed events to make it really fun. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Decent hotel for family and kids, wouldnt recommend for couples . Staff very attentive and patient.
Nice food selection.
Indoor pool cold, tiny sauna and steam room (very small rooms for the capacity of the hotel) jacuzzi buttons broken. No availability for oriental and Mediterranean restaurants. Air con in the room very old and filters probably need changing. Small shower head.

Great location by beach but would only stay few days if with young friends.
Close to the beach, great location and cheap taxi into town. Availability of food and drink was good.
If staying for a few days, it wasnt possible to book the special restaurants (this should be advised to book in advance of stay). Wet bar was shut. Lots of kids and inflatables in the pool. Check in was long and staff seemed unapproachable/unfriendly. Sign post to new Sports Bar should be better.

The staff at the restaurant, bar and for the activities was very friendly and helpful. Thumb-up. It's defenitely a great hotel but only for families with small children who doesn't care about the noise.
For the less good part. The pool chairs are reserved since early in the morning. A lot of chairs are damaged on top of it. The place is overcrowded with screaming children, shouting adults and loud music. The whole pool areas are too small for all the people and by far too noisy.
In the evening again an overcrowded bar with long waiting queues to get a drink and not enough outdoor seating places. On top of it the animation is not very amusing, unless for children.
The noise of the music goes on until late night and you can hear it in your room up to the 5th floor.
Sports activities such as Yoga is a disaster. Sitting in the grass trying at least to relax a bit is not possible due to the noise level.
We wanted to cancel the last night and were asked at the hotel reception to contact Booking through whom we made our reservation. We contacted Booking and got the response that the hotel did not accept a free of charge cancellation of one night. Only at 5 PM on the last day the reception called as that if we want to leave we can and get reimbursed for the night. A bit too late at 5 PM!
All-in-one, a nice hotel with even not bad food and good all-inclusive drinks, but extremely overcrowded and noisy. Unfortunately nothing to spend some relaxed holidays in a couple.

Staff were very friendly and energetic. The entertainment show was very good. Food was decent, good options. Clean well maintained ambiance. Safe decent location to travel to and fro to diff tourist spots.
They could give more information of the restaurants open/close timings so as to decide better. We booked all inclusive and ended up spending money on restaurants outside as the hotel food options were limited on certain days.
