Superb

Breakfast was nice overall hotel great location wise its a 20 min journey from Jumeira and 40 from the burj which requires a taxi or the hotels shuttle service. There are a selection of restaurants with decent free shuttle services provided. Would recommend if you dont intend on travelling outside the area.

Totally disappointed and wont come again to any of JA hotels.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the JA Hotel and I feel compelled to share my experience. My stay started off on the wrong foot due to a late check-in. I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, expecting a smooth and efficient check-in process. However, I was kept waiting for an unreasonably long time before I was able to access my room. Upon checking into my room, I was shocked to discover that another guest had been assigned the same room. This egregious mistake not only caused a significant inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the hotel's ability to manage its reservations and ensure the privacy and security of its guests. also the hotel was marred by late check-in, poor hygiene. The disappointing lack of effective communication and resolution from the person in charge at the Hotel in addressing the critical issue I encountered during my stay has left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the hotel will take this feedback constructively and strive to improve its communication and response mechanisms to ensure the satisfaction and peace of mind of its guests in the future.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service

Polite and friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Comfortable and clean room. Beautiful reception area.

Location was a long way out of the centre of Dubai. Very expensive.
