The spacious quadruple room provides air conditioning, soundproof walls, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a bath. The unit offers 1 bed.
I loved the environment. Like a lot! It was a perfect getaway, especially from all the crowd and noise in the center. I loved being surrounded by nature, the peacocks, the area was filled with the noise of the waterfall, which made it really peaceful. The room was really big, spacious, and clean. It was perfect for us three. The facilities were really nice and didnt let me call the desk every now and then, everything came in handy. The staff members were really sweet and helpful, they made it even better. I will definitely come here again and I cant wait!!!
I only wish there were separate areas for the ladies to swim or else everything else was great.

Had to think about it.. Let's don't leave blank and say "the burger we have ordered took to much time to be prepared" well can't say anything else. Great hotel !

Disappointing. We had such great memories from JA on many previous visits but its not the property we remember.
It is a large property on the water but it has fallen far below the standards I remember from previous visits 8 years ago.
Staff need a refresher training. Lots of people standing around but not doing much. Buildings air conditioned extremely and hotel wasnt busy but we were put in rooms far from the restaurants. Didnt make sense. The views are also unsightly. The port off to the left is very industrial. And then off to the left, the partially built bridge. Its bizarre.

Great facilities
The children's pull out beds were terrible and really noisy at the Palm Resort. The kids had a terrible night's sleep and the experience was lost.
I didn't feel that my complaint was taken very seriously and upgrading my next experience wasn't a great compensation.
