Large rooms. Stylish interior. Staff friendly and helpful. Great food. Unbelievably clean
Nothing. It is expensive but I would definitely stay there again.
It is in an isolated area but I was happy to stay within the hotel.

A relaxing December break in the sun
A beautiful setting with superb facilities. The balinese massage was everything it was advertised and the spa facilities were lovely - especially the outdoor jaccuzi. The room was lovely and when I mentioned a problem it was sorted swiftly.
The beach staff were variable - most were superb hence the rating but one or two were not. I did ask at least 2 for a cloth to remove guano from my sunbed before giving up waiting and doing it myself with a seashell. Need a taxi to get anywhere
