Great but can improve.

The property was great, modern, and great value for the money paid.

The property was great & so was the location. However, youll end up paying more for Careem, Uber or any other taxis to go to half of the destinations. If youre on a budget, Id suggest metro. The room service could be better. They didnt use to clean the room that well. Wed come back to clean but still a messy room. There is no one to help you take your luggage up to the room or downstairs. You have to do it yourself. As a solo traveler with a kid I would have really appreciated the help. There is no mini bar in the room and their room service and housekeeping closes at 11:00 pm so if youre a night owl then you wont like this.

Wash room facilities are very poor the Shower Handel become so hot after using hot water you cant even touch that

The location of the hotel

No hospitality The room is very average No one helps you to carry your bags, you've to do it on your own no matter how many luggage you got. Staff are very slow at check in/out
