    Review 1: The reviewer stayed at the Abba San Sebasti�n Hotel and had a very clean and luxurious room. The breakfast and coffee in the lobby were great, and the rooftop restaurant had an awesome view (Read More) of the old town at night. The food and strawberry mojitos were good. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Review 2: The first impression of the hotel was excellent, with a friendly and helpful receptionist. However, the room did not match the picture and had no balcony. The room was nice and spacious, with free water and a bottle of wine. The bathroom had limited storage and was noisy from road traffic. The hotel only served dinner on the rooftop terrace, and the service was slow. Overall, the reviewer did not enjoy their stay. Review 3: The hotel had a great location, close to the train station and within walking distance of the beaches. The rooftop beer garden had excellent views, and the cocktails were recommended. The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel was a great base to explore the city. It was a 10-minute walk to the swimming beach and there were plenty of pintxos to eat.

    Excellent comfortable hotel with great staff and decor.
    Light airy room with balconies, comfy bed, high tech bathroom, nice decor, friendly staff, good bar, excellent simple breakfast, location on river lovely with short walk to everything including train station. Luggage lift at entrance appreciated for heavy bags.
    Nothing significant to complain about. Some mould forming in bathroom could be attended to, bathroom tissues werent restocked but Im sure they would have been if Id asked.

    the location - it was in the city center The room was very big, clean and fancy and looks exactly as the photos on the site. The bed were very comfy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also exceptional.

    Gorgeous architecture and a stylish warm welcome
    The hotel is stylish in a great quiet location by the river - close to old town - 5 mins away and also the main bus station. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely interior and great buffet breakfast in a non rushed manner
    The only small thing was the bathroom door which is glass and doesnt close fully - more pushes too so not so private.

    Good quality breakfast, excellent choices. Very comfortable, clean room. We were only there for one night, but would definitely return for longer next time.

    It was a short, but pleasant enough stay.
    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great as well. The breakfast was nice. It was very convenient to the bus station and parking garage with rental car options.
    The pictures on Booking are misleading. The outside of the property does not look like the main picture at all. There is construction going on to the building next door and right out the window from the bed.

    very nice and quiet place. Building is located in a very easy access area plus the entrance from the walkway is amazing to find your way to the city center
