A gem outside of the city , quite a hide away i
The hotel is very peaceful with fantastic room and design . The access to the Bosque is a plus. And the staff are amazingly friendly .
It's a little away from town but it's accessible to town via bus or an easy ride.
The spa used to be included but now it's 30 EUR per head .

Very clean room and environment.
The explanation on the booking.com website is not sufficient as you will have to pay 30 euro per person to use the SPA area, and kids are not allowed to enter. There is nothing to do I this hotel if you dont pay the fee for the SPA. I would choose another location if the pool and spa were not available. You will receive a message about the cost of spa only after you book it.

Very good choice with a nice view into a small Forrest on the backside.
Nice hotel with very professional personal. Breakfast service was excellent. If you dont want to drive to the city for dinner or lunch, you can add n stay in the well frequented hotel restaurant, with a good variety and quality of food.
A safe in the room would be nice, but this doesnt mean that it is not a safe place.

An enjoying stay
The hotel was very modern with excellent facilities including a Spa and swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention for Gotzon at reception. He was extremely friendly and made us very welcome. He was more than helpful with hints and tips about visiting San Sebastian. He upgraded our room, which was very impressive. Despite the hotel being outside the city. buses were very frequent and inexpensive. Thank you and we hope to make a return visit next year with two of our family. Brian and Nuala McCann
It would have been good if you didn't have to pay to use the swimming pool.
