    Disappointed with the breakfast but the town of Killarney is wonderful.
    Location was great. Room was fine and spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.
    The breakfast was microwaved which was terrible, the sausages, bacon, pudding & eggs were like rubber. I must say in my 30 years of visiting Killarney it was the worst experience we had, as we always got a fresh breakfast. The Abbey Lodge was very disappointing for my husband and I so on that score I would not recommend it.

    This was a last minute booking where we got the last room and we could not have made a better choice
    The man who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating and showed us to our room which was very large. This was an excellent location easily walkable to many sights and the town. It was also close drives to nearby castles and sightseeing and the ring of Kerry. We did not eat breakfast but it looked delightful with a quaint dining area. I enjoyed the artwork and statues in the sitting areas as well.
    There was nothing I didnt like.

    Beautiful building and very friendly
    Fabulous place great location and parking. Very clean and comfortable place the beds were very comfortable slept very well and lovely and quiet
    I would have liked if a kettle was in the bedroom so I could make tea or coffee etc instead of going downstairs for it and bringing it upstairs myself.
