    It has all the facilitits of a 4-star hotel although it is rated as 3-star. Hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Centrally located next to San Marco. Affordable room prices. TV has english channels. Rooms have telephone. Rooms have bar with reasonable priced items. Rooms have free tea and coffee maker. Rooms are well-illuminated and are spacious. Luggage is stored at the safe place by hotel staff at the time of check out. Breakfast has lots of options and is excellent (Pan cake is the most preferred option). The only negative was that water bottles were not included as complimentary.

    AC was making noise, which was very disturbing at times. Complained to hotel staff but they could not mend it.

    Breakfast was too busy; staff were not able to restock the buffet with food, plates and cups. Coffee out of a fully automated machine and not Italian standard.
