Very good

Location was awesome! I didnt have the opportunity to get breakfast and the bar at night was very chill and a great vibe with great food! Kaelin and Paul made lasting impressions on me and my family! Really great hires!

The rooms could have been slightly cleaner. There was hair in my bed and I have a slight touch of trichophobia. Also, the toilet clogged twice during my stand and around the sink was unclean.

Disappointing

location was decent. In between the city and Plano.

cleanliness - our shower drained was clogged and the water would reach our ankles every time we showered. we stayed for 4 nights and that was not very fun.

Almost perfect stay but would still recommend

The rooms are nice, clean, easy to find, parking garage attached to the first floor, and the hotel smells so good when you walk in.

The breakfast was bare (better off without it), the square toilet in my room (uncomfortable on back of thighs when sitting), and theres no microwave in the room or nearby.

Great value!

The hotel is fairly big, relatively new and has a lot off room around. The parking on the street is safe and free. I'd go back there again.

The location is pretty distant from the city center.

Very good

Loved the facility and will definitely book again in the future.

It was absolutely beautiful and centrally located so that we didnt have to go far for anything we wanted/needed. Also the parking garage being connected to the building so you could just go straight into it was super convenient!

We had issues with our air conditioning not letting NB us adjust it from 72 degrees the whole stay. Also, if you have an event to go to I would bring a ring light or something because the lighting is HORRIBLE around any mirrors in the room.

Very nice and clean rooms, staff was friendly one the first night very helpful and accommodating.

House keeping came to our room a couple times and said we were supposed to be checked out so I had to go to the front desk and clear it up which was a little annoying..they also charge $24 a night for parking and their park garage is always empty so that was weird too..

Very good stay!

Very nice hotel. The lobby is big and nice. The bartender was very friendly, and the drinks were great. The location is convenient to shopping and food. The rooms are large and clean.
