Great accommodations in a convenient location with good parking.

The room was perfect for three people. The pool was refreshing, the parking was easy.

Felt a bit harassed at the pool. A little security or patrolling there would have been better.

I got charged for another persons meal from a bar order. Was told by one person to have the person cash app me. Then was told by another person that they will have a conversation with the bar person and review the footage. If will be using cash going forward

no name outside to find where the hotel is. different name of hotel.

there was no sign with the same name as i booked outside the hotel so i could not find where to go in. there was another hotel name outside. the lock was broken in the room so they changed us rooms. then we were put into a room that was so far to walk to from the elevator my mom had to stop 2 times to rest. i had told them she could not walk far. they then moved us a little closer but the room was less of a room than the others. it was a struggle.
