A sadly shortened stay in paradise

This was our second stay and we are so thankful for the wonderful hospitality provided to us by the staff at the AC. Unfortunately during our stay some health complications got in the way and we had to check out a day earlier, Id like to thank all staff - especially Sarah at the front desk - for being absolutely wonderful and helpful during this time. Once my full health returns we will 110% be back for our third stay at this beautiful hotel. Thank you AC.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The swimming pool was amazing and our rooms were wonderful. The views were exceptional.

Carparking was a problem for us because all the carparks were full and it took us a while to find a parking spot.

I asked for an early check in, would've been lovely to be taken care of. Instead I was told I could cancel...

There's no proper pick up and drop off location. not being provided with early check in. No kitchen facilities in the suite. No mini bar.

From check in to check out, the service teams were exceptional and inviting. The reception, bar and restaurant level offers fantastic space and a vantage point for Melbourne's city that uncommon and spectacular. The pool area, including bar, again has wonderful city views as well as views of the west - perfect for a sunset dip. The in-room dining menu is delicious (compliments to the chefs) and the espresso martinis are possibly the best in Melbourne. Located in a soon to boom area, it is only a five minute walk, (through the DFO carpark) to the exhibition centre and the infamous South Wharf precinct - easy tourist walking access to Southbank, the CBD - if you're motivated enough to leave the luxury of the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel in southbank

Hotel is very clean and in a quiet place. Rooms are very comfortable, nice city view from the big window. Breakfast was good too.

It's at a side of the city so main shopping areas are bit away.
