Very good

Very good location and great size family room. Great bagels next door and the discount was an added bonus.

The only problem with the room was that the heating made a loud noise when on and had to be turned off when we went to bed. This was uncomfortable as it was pretty cold in NY that week.

We had a baby swaddle go missing after our room was cleaned the first night, it was worth almost USD$50 and after multiple checks with the front desk and cleaning manager we just got ignored with no apology or compensation. Our baby cannot sleep without this swaddle, it was lucky we had a spare. But this one was brand new and honestly after asking so many times with no outcome I would have thought at least the cost of this theft (though accidental) would have been reimbursed in some way.

It was walking distance to Penn Station.

The teeny tiny room, considering the price I paid. It was unbelievably too small for two people and even the bed was extremely small...very uncomfortable.

The room was cold (bathroom window didnt close completely) and the noise from the street is very loud.

Definitely would recommend this place

Everything- close to 28th street subway, short walk to 34th street subway. Excellent staff.

I cant say anything negative about the property except it did not have air conditioner in winter.

Good location but overpriced for quality and size of room

The location was good and lobby was quite cool (excl the bathrooms which were not very nice in the lobby)

The room was very small with no place to put a bag. The room felt like a college dorm room and everything felt tired. The style was cool but did not feel quality. We have stayed in better quality rooms at a better price and would not stay here again.

Ok but unacceptable environment in the communal hotel space, meant you had to keep to your bedroom. And pay extortionate

Location, staff size of bedroom.

There was no space to relax in the shared space for hotel guests - always packed full of non-guests. Very strange set up, appalling price tags for tea bags and water in the room!! Bathroom so cold and window dont close or lock properly.
