Stunning views with staff who make your experience amazing.

Amazing views. One of the best parts of the experience was how wonderful and friendly the staff were. They really made it an experience, every single one we interacted with. Rooms/beds were very comfortable and there didn't seem to be much sound transfer. We will definitely be back.

Nothing, but prepare to drive if you want to sight see (it's out of the way but we loved that about it).

Enjoyable but could be 5 star with some improvements

Room was very clean. Dining staff was friendly and helpful. Ashley and Shannon give amazing massages at the spa! The views are breathtaking. New beautiful pools and sports courts including pickleball and equipment you can borrow. Comfortable beds and a giant shower.

The female manager isnt as friendly as the other one. Dining menu needs a better variety that is more conscious of other dietary needs. They charge $25/day for parking when we are already paying for the room and an additional $35/day for resort fee. Parking should be included at that price. Telescopes and binoculars were never available for star gazing during our week long stay.

Great views and spacious rooms, but it has some issues

The rooms were really nice with beautiful views off the balcony. The room itself was very spacious, did not feel cramped like others we have stayed in over the years. The staff were just incredible, from arrival to checkout they were always there to help with whatever we needed.

While the rooms were spacious and had amazing views, the bed was a nightmare. It felt as if they placed a two inch thick pad over a sheet of plywood, it had no give to it at all. If you have a bad back or hips, you'll be in pain the next morning and in need of a chiropractor. The shower was another inconvenience. It had everything going for it to be good, incredibly spacious and high-end feel, but zero water pressure and not very warm. We were looking forward to a nice hot shower after spending the evening outside for dinner, but the temperature would barely go above luke warm and you could barely rinse the soap off your body let alone hair.

It was mediocre and did not meet expectations for a resort of this caliber.

Location was nice. Staff was pleasant. Restaurant was nice to have. Pretty view. Checkin and checkout went well. Location was good.

Staff were nice but not highly engaged. Room was a bit dated. Amenities did not match the $500 a night value. Details were missed. I am not picky, but I do expect a certain level of service and value at this level.

The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms and stairwells could use a refresh, stairwell was filthy, all the fees were disappointing I referred two other parties here may have them change hotels front desk girl knew nothing! When asked about upgrading rooms or requesting certain rooms she said no extra fees cant request till a day before check in website says differently she was totally unhelpful
