    Pure perfection! Hope to come back soon.
    I loved everything about this hotel and I hope well be back soon. Its modern, clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, pool area beautiful, views at sunset stunning. Location so close to shops and restaurants, free parking across the street and free bicycle rentals. What more can you ask for? It was terrific!

    A pleasant pricey stay in Phoenix
    The hotel was clean and festive, it was modernly designed but maintain the culture and vibe of Arizona.
    Breakfast could have been better, rates were high for how busy the city was and the facilities.

    The whole hotel smells really good and just brings you so much comfort rooms are excellent hospitality is beautiful

    The restaurant and bar was great. We ate breakfast twice and both times it es excellent. The parking was easy underneath with a steep charge of $22/nite.
    The bed was uncomfortable and the towels were rough (old). The room and bathroom were great

    It is located in an excellent location. Within walking distance to many attractions... galleries, restaurants, bars and shopping. Also has a rooftop lounge with incredible views.

    A wonderful location in Old Scottsdale, Arizona
    Rob and Junery were fantastic! I did not like the location of our room which faced the front of the hotel. When I went to front desk Rob made every effort to change my room. We needed to stay our first night in the room assigned but late next morning we were given the back side of hotel with a top floor and beautiful view. Microwaves are also given upon request, another wonderful surprise by Rob. Another special person was Junery that helped us decide to use the very convenient unground parking that the hotel elevator takes you to. Safe and convenient!
    Disappointed calling direct to hotel to book reservations. The agent I talked to didnt know much about the hotel. The girl was booking for all the Hiltons and could care less, would repeat she was never there and didnt know. I told her I was going to book with Booking.com to get a better rate and get a better feel for the room, she agreed that would be best. Upon arriving I did not like location of the room which could have been avoided if the booking agent knew and cared more. Rob helped me out and made our stay outstanding. Thank you again Rob!
