Great location. Friendly staff. Free washer /dryer facilities

Convenient location and great position. Free use if washer and dryer was excellent. Front desk staff very kind friendly and helpful. Useful to have a parking place in the building. Apparently there are a variety of apartments of various sizes.

The bathroom was very small and cramped and my pillows were too thick. However when I asked for a thinner pillow they were incredibly helpful and found me a new one.

There isn't anything I can think of that would prompt me to say I didn't like something about our room or the facilities.

Mostly enjoyable stay in a great location in Coogee

Love the location, have stayed here several times for that reason. The pool when it was open was great. The staff were lovely, helpful and apologetic for the reasons listed further down.

The pool not being open until the second afternoon of our stay. Having to change rooms due to a pipe under the kitchen sink leaking - seems minor- but we were settled and the unit was a better layout for us than the one we were moved to, especially with our adult children coming in to visit with us from their own rooms. Also having to wait nearly an hour after we had checked in to get into our room as well. The kitchen drawers all opened at the same time. Some bug crawling over the cutlery in the drawer. Whilst these issues may seem minor, we paid over $3000 for three nights (2 studios and a one bedroom apartment) so expected things to be better.

Position is brilliant.

The position was fabulous. The size of the apartment was great.

Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed for the duration of our stay. These were two reasons we booked this hotel because we wanted to use them both. The dishwasher didnt work. The main tv couldnt get all the channels. The rooms are getting rather tired.

Location, size of rooms, facilities- pool great for a rainy day.

The wi fi was out for 2 days of the 3 - staff kept saying it will be back on shortly.
