The cleanliness of the room was a little questionable. The headrests on the beds were especially grimy.

Its clean and the room is beautiful
Only stay here if you are already checked into departure and pass immigration otherwise there is no way for you to enter the hotel. Not knowing this, my husband and I had to check into another hotel outside the airport as our flight was only the very next day and there was no way to check in early.

Having frequented Aerotel Muscat on at least three occasions, I have consistently encountered a friendly reception, great rooms with comfortable beds, and pleasing interior aesthetics. Despite this, the overall experience remains very good
However, on this visit, the restaurant experience was marred by a half-hour delay in dinner timing and an instance of rudeness from one staff member, highlighting the need for improved customer service training.
