The staff is top notch. Sarfaraz is your go to person. He ensures that you have the best possible stay. The staff for breakfast and at quereshi restaurant are also very hospitable. The property is prime, very neat and has great breakfast buffet. The pool, sauna, steam and spa are a must.

Close to the airport
Receptionists were friendly
The room is spacious
Parking slots are available
The smell of the hotel is very weird and bad
The room service are not professional and they smell sweaty and bad
The room service sometimes enter the room without knocking
They also did not clean our room for 2 consecutive days without us putting the do not disturb sign
The towels and bed sheets did not smell well. They were not fresh and smelled sweaty. They are definitely clean but the room service people smell bad so the smell attach to the fabrics

Before starting our stay we made it clear that we are looking for pure vegetarian food..unfortunately the buffet didn't had that and there was a promise to arrange it but everyday they miss and finally on the new year eve they failed to arrange as well.. one of the worst stay of my life

Exclusive but not accessible
Everyone raved about the bathtub which definitely lived up to its name and the room is very spacious.
Services can be a bit more attentive especially during check in when arriving to the hotel when there was no baggage service. Peculiar for a five star hotel.

Very good just watch out for the local taxis they completely rob you down load Oman taxi just brilliant they wont come
We play golf so it was perfect for the 3 courses we wanted to play

The room was spacious and very well equipped.
The breakfast was very nice and lots of choice, and exceeded my expectations.
The hotel has created a beautiful landscape and pool in a limited space.
Would be better if the the shower has more water flow.
