I love how they keep the beach clean, the staff assigned at the beach kept it trash free. The . The staff are polite and friendly, always had a welcoming smile. I'm grateful for Miss Jayzel at the front desk. Grateful for Her generosity, she made us feel at home. I am also grateful that our room was upgraded to one of their Luxury room. It was wonderful auspicious way to welcome the new year.
I have been in many hotel Beach resort, and I have never encountered a security guard very strict it made me feel unlikely to comeback. The lifeguard flag was green, 7 am in the morning and I'm not allowed to sit on the sand until 8am.

The best beach in Ajman
We've got the upgraded room on the top floor. Good size balcony, coffee machine in the room. Excellent breakfast. Clean beach, friendly staff. Nice lady from the reception helped with early check-in, Regina from the reception helped with late check out.
There is construction noise disturbing from the morning till late recently (January 2024), we hope it's not for long time. There is no adaptor for the charger in the room. There is no USB socket(

The Italian restaurant was very nice and the room was clean. The small beach area that was open is quite nice.
This does not seem like a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is extremely dated. The lunch in the hotel restaurant was not good. However, my main concern is the fact that there was so much construction. All of the lovely trees in the pictures and most of the beach area behind the pool has been dug up, so the sea view became a construction sight view.

Wonderful experience, the staff are amazing, from reception to dining all were helpful and supportive, had a 10 years child with Gluten free food and chief managed to have him all favorite food possible, my son was happy. and we are grateful as well.
