    Beach and Breakfast were excellent, and room was good. Room felt a bit congested compared to a luxury attire. Otherwise, everything went good only. Restaurant service was remarkable.
    The behavior of a lady staff, who was there in the Spa area. Already spoken with the hospitality team and Mr.Hazem was quite well in behavior.

    The location and food was nice
    I have requested the room to be prepared in advance and get it ready since I am celebrating my wedding which I received confirmation from them and second call on same day also confirming the request has been taking care of but it was not at all. There was nothing in the room when I entered which was disappointing and upsetting

    Not value for money spent, not kids-friendly I booked 2 rooms in advance with all inclusive, on check in there were no connected rooms, no rooms on one floor.. Instead of acknowledging poor planning I was asked to pay extra to get connected rooms with sea view If you book all inclusive expect just full board with strict rules (check in at 3 pm, if you come at 2:30 you will have to pay for your coffee, no snacks during the day, you can order alcohol drinks but not ice-cream or fruits for kids.) No kids playing area, very old facilities for kids club Loud celebrations downstairs Bad piping in rooms

    The service was super and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a breathtaking view of the sea. The breakfast is great for people who are not having any food restrictions. However for persons with gluten or lactose intolerance it lacks of choices.

    Memorable and nice stay in Ajman.
    Very clean and nice beach, Beautiful wide room with sea view and full of best options in breakfast. Value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Indian Restaurant food was amazing.
    International cuisine requires to be improved in terms of dishes.
