Cleaning in our room was very good and lots of thanks for that to dear Nimet, a very good maid in this hotel.
It is a very beautiful hotel just in the center of the old city. The restaurant is amazing with a fantastic view and the best service. You have to try this turkish foam massage in hammam in SPA downstairs.

Superb breakfast and spa; beautiful and superb room unfortunately not matched by air conditioning system.

Luxury and stylish interior, perfect location, tasty food, stunning sea view in rooftop restaurant, SPA program and most importantly, friendly and thoughtful staff~~ Up to 5 pillow options is indeed nicely done:)
I would like to mention the concierge lady especially, the lovely Mari, thanks for the helpful information, inspirated conversation, her charming energy and always take care of the gasts~
Also Baver, for his professional and amazing driving skill, very impressive ~~
it has nothing to do with the hotel, but i have to say because of the location so near to the Mosque (which is so convenient), it hard to avoid hearing the pray calling sound from the minaret in the early morning.
But it's a part of the culture, so just remember to bring earplugs ;)

Always a memorable stay
I always enjoy staying here. It is a property that pays attention to detail. It is tasteful and the staff are always most gracious. Hasan was particularly helpful and kind. I will keep on returning to this property.
The rug in the room looked like it needed a cleaning but the rug is so small that I did have to step on it.
