    Nice rooms and deco but area is next to a road and not very quiet asany cars and buggy like to come to do dune bashing in the area

    I came here for NYE 2024 and had an amazing time. Great staff, food, activities, the list goes on. I want to say a special thank you to the retreat manager Jamal - our trip wouldn't have been this special if it wasn't for such a great retreat leader. Thank you so much Jamal!

    Idyllic desert stay - amazing place to relax and shut out the world!
    As described , a desert retreat. Beautifully presented. Although just off the road, once inside it felt miles away from real life. The property is laid out simply , we were in a one bedroom rented accommodation with private pool which was a luxury. Food in the restaurant was traditional for the Al Sharjah region and was excellent. What really made our stay was having Elvin, the Murafik, who, besides being a lovely person, was full of great suggestions of what to do, he collected us in the evening to take us to a beautiful place to watch the sunset- came fully equipped with chairs for us. He could not have been more helpful. The are excursions that can be taken from Al Badayer or alternatively you can just completely relax in the privacy of your private pool . We were told on arrival that the property was at full capacity, but we hardly noticed anyone else apart from mealtimes.

    The location of the property is about 40-50 minutes from Dubai and it is very quiet from big cities. A lot of activities can be done around the area

    Great location to relax, but it needs more efforts to entertain the customers.
    The staff was amazing, very kind and willing to help. The facilities were clean.
    The service was slow during lunch. There was no available activities to be done with family and a baby under one year old. I expected more options for food but it was very limited. The spa was closed. There wasn't a good explanation of the available activities or a clear program of activities.

    The desert location was perfect for enjoying horseriding, riding Dune buggies , stargazing etc. the staff were well trained and provided good service. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated
    The spa was not operational, no meaningful information given during the stargazing event so it ended up being boring and frustrating. Only one restaurant on site with limited menu options .

    The property was amazing, the stay was one of a kind, and the staff were great. Although we only stayed two nights, the views helped us disconnect and rejuvenate. A must experience for those who love unique experiences.
