First of all, Al Habtoor Polo is built with a very friendly staffs and they are willing to help you. On top of them is Rosella from reception for upgrading my room for free and she is very humble, pro and active to assist the guest. She fully understand her job and willing to go extra for customers. A true oasis of elegant Dubai calm.

An elegant and well staffed hotel, with great facilities. The staff are not only exceptionally well trained, but genuinely 'go that extra mile' to make one feel welcome. From the kindness of Opong at reception area, through to the professional and friendly service by Stuart at the Sports Bar, there was a great feeling of contentment and professional integrity. With a welcoming and spacious pool area with a swim up bar, and a small but serviceable gym, the facilities are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The Villa Naas Restaurant, offering fine Lebanese inspired cooking was in all honesty one of the finest meals I have experienced in my 45 years of travelling the world! Bravo to all.

Beautiful experience would strongly recommend the place,would be nice if cards like Fazaa Homat Al watan can be included

greenery( vast green space) Calm soothing atmosphere Royal elegant vibes Seeing the horses wandering near the hotel is a 1st was a nice thing to experience Visiting the stables in the morning Being able to ride horses at the sunrise& sunset times

The couch in my room wasnt clean Bathroom: The shower head wasnt stable& was too wide for the door so every time the shower door opens it would bump into it
