Not a 4 star hotel
Location was neat and close to nearby shops. Concierge workers were very friendly and helpful! The cafe people were more accommodating than reception employees.
Reception had no emotion and didnt feel welcome at the hotel.
Felt no empathy when we told them our bathroom was leaking and when we asked if we can switch rooms, we were told that it was fully booked but when I checked online it wasnt. Technically didnt bother looking and changing something from their end.

Not recommended for family but ok for short stay.

This is not 5 star hotel as advertised by booking. The place was smelly, staff were not friendly as expected from them. Facility is just fair.
