The care less of the reception and the dirty and the bad smell in the corridor and the room it was horrible and thier was very strong cigarettes smell in the two rooms I booked specifically I was requested non smoking rooms and I did ask the receptionist during the checking in , the building the decorations great but the staff needs more education about hospitality.

Excellent hotel for business trip
The studio room that I had was very good as it gave me the flexibility to use the facilities in the room such as the cooker and laundry machine
The washing machine was not working and no one from Maintenance was able to sort the problem. It should be sorted so that other guests don't experience this problem

Wonderful staff Mrs.Alaa,Mr.Raj and Mr.Mohamad they were very helpful in smooth check inn and they help me with late check out as well. The location was very convenient for me it is in the middle between the downtown and Yas area. Also, wasn't far from Abu Dhabi airport about 20min by taxi. The hotel was very quiet although they were having alot of groups checked inn during my stay.
