A very, very bad experience.

The location for the hotel

I had two rooms assigned to me, and upon receiving them, I found that one room lacked towels in the bathroom. The next day, at 9:00 AM, I placed a Please Clean the Room card for both rooms and left the hotel. Upon my return at 12:00 PM, neither of the rooms had been cleaned. When I inquired, I was told that the responsible person was on leave, and an investigation would be conducted. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and my family refuses to return to the hotel. Additionally, there is a strong musty odor in the bedding.

Very Noisy room and had to pay extra for early check-in

Pool and location

Too much noise from the club within the hotel building, couldn't sleep until 3am due to music beats and bass. I booked pool view room but the room offered was not at all pool view, from one corner of the window we could only see reflection of the water so It wasn't as advertised

Great rooms and amazing value for money

It is a classy, classic luxury type hotel. It has a certain age, but for us this is enhancing its charm. The staff is very very kind and polite, the rooms are very big, bathrooms are huge, wi-fi is working perfect, breakfast is very good, with plenty of choices. The pool is great for lounging. For us, it was very close to the airport and very convenient for the stay between flights. We are returning, and for sure we would recommend it, because it has an amazing value for money.

The only thing that could we think could be improved - the bathroom products. You have more than expected - even toothbrush and toothpaste, and vanity kit. But for the shower gel and shampoos, it might be more fitting to have something of a better quality.
