Took us so long to check in as room was not ready as there was football league ongoing in Abu Dhabi and hotel was hosting some teams..

Very good

The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Food is superb.

Communication between the staff should improve. There is a transition happening at around 6.30 PM thereby staff kind of ignore the requests placed around this time stating the next staff team who shall be taking over will complete the requests the we do. Sometime urgent request needs to wait till this staff transition time period completes. Night staffs are better in taking care of requests rather than the day team.

Great place to stay in but hot water issues and slow housekeeping pull down the rating.

Location and facilities are great. Swimming pool and spa facilities are brilliant. Overall ambience was fab. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

There is a problem with hot water supply as there is no instant hot water in tap. Lot of cold water needs to be wasted till it becomes hot enough to use. Considering it is a desert state, it is unacceptable waste of water. Seems strange for a Marriott brand to have hot water supply issues. Food menu,choice of items, and waiting time can be improved. Housekeeping not fully upto task...bit slow for a 5* hotel.
