    It was a fantastic and wonderful stay
    Everything was wonderful
    Its nice that you have some sport activities like Paddle, Badminton , Tennis or even the kids club but those that you have are costly, so I suggest to reduce their fees.

    It was great. I would prefer the workers to be more informed about over seas guests so they wont be so caught off guard
    I loved everything about the property, it was very clean.
    One worker in particular kept questioning me and my husband about our changing of money, also any time we changed money she seemed to be unsettled. Maybe she had a bad week? Not sure but other than that 10/10.

    Horrible service. The staff came in without permission while I was in the pool completely disrespecting my privacy and also they double charged me for the stay and were completely not helpful about it and refused to solve my problem. Worst 5 star hotel
